Food and staff are fine, overall the hotel is straightforward. You can have cookies and hot waffles with your breakfast if you want to. Soft bed, WiFi, TV set and microwave, fairly good room. Liked speedy check-in and smooth check-out. Moreover, it has very good wi-fi, really handy.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, the hotel met required needs. The place was quiet, we really loved it. Near to souvenir shops and the shops in Hanoi. Booked table at Diamond sky, it's their onsite restaurant.
